EXPERIENCE:

Ms. Chavez has over six years experience in the preparation of drawings for water distribution and sewage collection systems. She has worked on asbestos inspections leading to preparation of a removal report. She has taken the course work to obtain her certification as a Hazardous Material Incident and Waste Site Supervisor. Ground water sampling and monitoring is part of her duties. She has assisted in the preparation of Phase I and II Environmental Audits, Contamination Assessment Reports (CAR) and Remedial Action Plans (RAP).

Currently with Leiter, Perez & Associates, Inc., Ms. Chavez is Vice President and has been responsible for assisting the project manager with completion of CADD drawings and specifications for pumping stations, force mains, and water distribution systems. Also she is responsible for the preparation of Phase I & II Environmental Audit Reports, Contamination Assessment Reports (CAR) and Remedial Action Plan. (R.A.P.); groundwater collection and analytical testing programs. Collection, preservation, and manifesting of Asbestos Containing Materials (A.C.B.M.) audits.
