EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Leiter has had a great deal of experience in storm water management planning and master planning as it relates to the Federal 208 Requirements and the current NPDES storm discharge permitting required by EPA on a national level. His experience includes use of the computer and design of software for various purposes. Currently, he is involved in preparation of CADD drawings for MDWASD pumping stations and force mains.
